If you are ready to enjoy going to work every day, come grow with us!\n\n Yard Assistant $20 $23 per hour \n\nAre you a self motivated hard worker?\n\nThe Yard Assistant is an integral member of our mulch service team, serving as a contact for mulch and propane customers. This is an entry level role and we are willing to train the right candidate.\n\n Responsibilities \n\n Assist all customers with propane sales including helping to load and unload tanks from cars\n Properly handle all sales transactions of mulch and propane sales for drive in customers according to company policy\n Reconciling sales at the end of every day with the appropriate administrative assistant\n Ability to use or learn to use basic computer software\n Keep both yards clean. This includes but is not limited to garbage, garbage cans, leaves and debris, vehicles that are blocking the right of way etc.\n Assist Mechanics\n Learn to safely operate basic construction equipment including but not limited to front end loaders and grinders\n Load customers with mulch\n Assist in grinding wood when not doing propane or other tasks according to priority assigned by manager\n Wash Trucks\n\n Requirements\n\n Must be at least 18 years of age to operate propane\n Customer oriented and good communication skills\n A willingness to learn\n Reliable and responsible\n Valid Driver’s License required\n\n Benefits\n\nWe offer a competitive compensation package including medical and dental plans with employer contribution, 401K retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more!\n\nAlmstead Tree & Shrub Care Company, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment."
