We look for team members who want to grow and be professionally challenged, while enjoying a rewarding, caring, and friendly environment. We are looking for a CT Technologist to join our team. The pay range for this role will depend on experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday - Flexible hours between 7:00am and 5:30pm and rotating Saturdays</p><div>We are currently seeking a motivated, kind individual who will perform CT exams in accordance with exam procedures and protocols using independent judgment to ensure optimal diagnostic quality and exceptional patient care.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>Operate highly complex CT equipment/scanners with demonstrated exceptional competence by selecting and establishing technical factors that will ensure high quality diagnostic images at the lowest possible dose.</div><div><br></div><div>Operate multiple power injectors, cardiac monitors, and other CT equipment safely, efficiently and effectively.</div><div><br></div><div>Work with IT department/CT engineers to ensure RIS/PACS software and hardware works efficiently with all CT equipment.</div><div><br></div><div>Monitor CT system performance and identify service needs to optimize equipment performance. Schedule appropriate maintenance times with vendors and service representative.</div><div><br></div><div>Define referring physicians&rsquo; preferences for receiving images, obtain agreement and/or modifications from ARC physicians, communicate protocols and ensure appropriate delivery per agreements.</div><div><br></div><div>Receive and analyze requests for radiologic CT exams and recommend action to AR physicians. Responsibilities include screening patients according to contrast guidelines.</div><div><br></div><div>Actively seek and utilize feedback from managers, technologists and physicians to improve operations and service.</div><div><br></div><div>Demonstrate respect and regard for patients, family, visitors and all employees to contribute to a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.</div><div><br></div><div>Promote and establish effective working relationships by fostering an environment that supports collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect through effective communication and commitment to everyone&rsquo;s success; including a healthy rapport with radiologists and referring physicians.</div><div><br></div><div>Flexibility to work other locations and shifts as needed.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>Superior knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, CT technology, and procedures including 3D reconstruction.</div><div><br></div><div>Demonstrate commitment to excellence in patient care and exceptional customer service.</div><div><br></div><div>Extensive computer background with strong application understanding, especially RIS/PACS software knowledge.</div><div><br></div><div>Strong desire to learn and eager to take on new responsibilities.</div><div><br></div><div>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, highly professional environment.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>College degree preferred</div><div><br></div><div>ARRT (RT)(R) and CT State License required</div><div><br></div><div>CT Certification required</div><div><br></div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Work Smart, Live Well</strong>: The success of Advanced Radiology is earned every day through our dedication to quality patient care and continual improvement of the patient experience.
