Takes finger stick blood glucose readings and monitors pulse oximetry.</li>\n <li>Maintains Resident Nursing Office hours daily, as needed.</li>\n <li>Checks and maintains emergency bags/cart on a routine basis.</li>\n <li>Monitors and works with Managers of Resident Services and Supportive Living Team to plan and implement changes in Level of Living.</li>\n <li>Transports Residents by wheelchair if needed.</li>\n <li>Assists with managing the wellness meal program for Residents.</li>\n <li>Responsible for bio-hazardous waste disposal from the nursing office to the bio-hazardous freezer as needed.</li>\n <li>Runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephone as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate documentation in nurses’ notes and electronic medical records (EMR).</li>\n <li>Uses computer programs and IPAD’s.</li>\n <li>Enters Resident and Team Member information into the electronic data base.</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing Resident Event Reports, Post Exposure Event Reports and Team Member Incident Review Process (IRP) reports.</li>\n <li>Assists in training and orientation of new Team Members in the Resident Nursing Department.</li>\n <li>Responsible to function as a Concierge when coverage is needed.</li>\n <li>Participates in department improvement which includes Corporate and department annual goals.</li>\n <li>Attends scheduled nursing meetings and training/competency sessions.</li>\n <li>Completes annual on-line training courses.</li>\n <li>Complies with Pennsylvania Department of Health Bureau of Emergency Medical Services Basic Life Support Protocols and in accordance with approved medical directives.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current <strong>PA</strong> <strong>EMT certification or PA LPN license</strong></li>\n <li>Current <strong>CPR certification</strong> and <strong>AED response training</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Full Time:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>36–40 hours per week, o</strong><strong>vernight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM + </strong>every other weekend and every other holiday</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Part Time:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>24 hours per week, 2nd shift, 2 evenings per week: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM + </strong>every other weekend and every other holiday</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location</strong></p>Lakes Campus and Manor CampusWillow Street and Lancaster, PA\n<p> </p>",
