This role will be full-time day shift; 3 - 12 hours shifts, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; no on-call; rotating weekends (4 shifts per 6-week period) + Holidays (2 per year). If RN has an AD, within 2 years from date of hire, they must meet with their nurse leader and conduct the following: 1.) Identify which accredited school they plan to attend 2.) Provide a written plan with anticipated BSN completion date 3.) Submit a review of transcripts from the school indicating the required pre-requisites and timeline for taking the courses 4.) Complete BSN within 5 years of start date</li>\n <li><strong>Experience</strong>:&nbsp;1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1&nbsp;year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.</li>\n <li><strong>Certification:&nbsp;</strong>BLS &amp; ACLS from American Heart Association; Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>:&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>: Prior RN experience in Med/Surg</p>",
