font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">As Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a major Part in the day-to-day accounts payable process, including Invoices posting &amp; vendor payments.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Must have good knowledge in handling vendor payments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Be in contact with Location Finance /Operation Team in case of any issues or escalations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Must Handle both Internal business queries and vendor queries via email or calls.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Deliver services timely and in line with agreed TAT with good quality for activity related to posting / vendor reconciliation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Handling critical payments within the agreed timeline.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Handling Generic email box and to ensure there is no misses in the email handling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Performing AP transaction posting within the timeline (Invoice, Payment &amp; Rebates).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Allocation of advance payments and frequent follow up to the respective team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Good Strong knowledge in MS Excel / PPT.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Performing Quality Audit for posted documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
