    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The part-time <strong>Technical Specialist IV </strong>works under general supervision to perform complex analysis, calculations, design, and evaluation within a specific technical area. The technical areas of expertise is Airpro Leasing. The role is focused on ensuring quality and supporting project objectives through technical expertise and client interaction.</p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review project specifications and collaborate with managers to determine project needs.</li>\n <li>Conduct analysis, design, and integration to ensure quality.</li>\n <li>Coordinate or perform fieldwork to gather data and materials.</li>\n <li>Perform research and data analysis to support project tasks.</li>\n <li>Use software applications for data manipulation and reporting.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance to clients and project personnel.</li>\n <li>Interact with clients to ensure high-quality customer service.</li>\n <li>Develop new approaches to problem-solving during project activities.</li>\n <li>Perform quality control procedures.</li>\n <li>Present technical and program information to teams, management, and clients.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with technical and administrative staff on project activities.</li>\n <li>Provide guidance pertaining to Alaska DOT&amp;PF Airport Leasing requirements, size of lease lots, and new lease lot considerations.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>May provide guidance or informal training to less experienced personnel.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6–8 years of related experience required.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Registrations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>None required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>\n<p>The approximate compensation range for this position is $45 to $55 per hour.&nbsp;This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.&nbsp; Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.</p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision insurance</li>\n <li>401k Retirement Plan</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li>\n <li>Life, AD&amp;D, short-term, and long-term disability</li>\n <li>Professional and personal development</li>\n <li>Generous paid time off</li>\n <li>Commuter and wellness benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
