We love to make people smile and we will do whatever it takes to make our guests happy.&nbsp;</p><p>The <strong>Site Manager</strong> is responsible for the day-to-day operations from site upkeep to guest service, membership sales as well as training a positive team.</p><p>An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for guest caring/service is key component of this role. The <strong>Site Manager</strong> is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for guests as well as providing a safe, positive working environment for employees.</p><p>This position requires adhering to all guidelines, including company policies and all local, state, and federal compliances.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manage site team and improve/maintain a clean, efficient site.</li><li>Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper uniform attire as well as site team following uniform/appearance policy.</li><li>Scheduling of site team by policy and follow up that the schedule is followed.</li><li>Provide excellent guest experience by training the team on all internal and external programs, building guest loyalty through the membership program.</li><li>Provide daily direction to the team and ensure safety and other compliance procedures are being adhered to.</li><li>Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary.</li><li>Train on site open/close process and ensure site is fully operational during business hours.</li><li>Accountable for providing strong, positive, and pro-active leadership to the team while providing direction, feedback, and holding them accountable for performance and results.</li><li>Give corrective actions when needed following company policy/guidelines.</li><li>Train the team on a high level of product knowledge, package details, upgrades as well as membership program</li><li>Follow through/training the team on offering the membership program to all guests.</li><li>Maintains a safe work environment by following all safety protocols for the team and guests.</li><li>Perform weekly inventory on consumables such as brooms, dust pans, tools etc.</li><li>Train the team and perform monthly product (chemical) inventory as well as ordering consumables.</li><li>Perform and train on after hours site cleaning by following schedule (Cleaning site includes but not limited to: Tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, tunnel walls, tunnel pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong>Combination of experience such as car wash, retail and guest service industry preferred <strong>BUT NOT NEEDED.</strong></li></ul><p><br><strong>Knowledge:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintain the highest level of guest service</li><li>Ability to adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash</li><li>Have the ability to take initiative when problems arise</li><li>Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations</li><li>Have attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (Including Fridays &amp; Saturdays)</li><li>Demonstrate ability to improve team performance through motivation, training and setting clear expectations</li></ul><p><br><strong>Leadership Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Written and Verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential</li><li>Must be able to lead, support, and contribute to team goals</li></ul><p><br><strong>Language Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management, co-workers, and guests.</li></ul><p><br><em>BLISS Car Wash is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
