    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong><u>Job Overview</u></strong></p><p>As a warehouse associate, you will help provide excellent customer service to our customers picking up their items from the dock. You will pick and pull merchandise, load and unload merchandise to and from other AFW facilities, load out customers in a safe and efficient manner, and any other task as asked by the AFW management team.&nbsp;</p><p>If you are eager to help our customers and make a difference, then AFW is looking for you!</p><p>Full-Time, Hourly position</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; Duties</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><i>Typical duties include but are not limited to:</i></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Commitment to AFW’s safety policies and procedures and ability to promote safety awareness.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Greet customers promptly and professionally.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Wrap, load, and secure merchandise into the customer’s vehicle without damaging the merchandise or the vehicle.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Confirm that customer receives correct merchandise.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Inspect AFW rental vehicles and fill out the appropriate paperwork.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Uncrate and re-create merchandise for inspection when requested.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Identifying and reading reports, tickets, and UPC labels.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Will safely operate a forklift to pick orders, pull and put away stock, order processing, loading, and unloading trailers.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Break down merchandise inside trailers/containers - unstack and position merchandise for removal from trailers/containers.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Safely transfer products to and from pallets.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Efficiently work independently of direct supervision.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ensure department, walking lanes, and nearby areas are clean and professional.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ensuring your safety and the safety of all others at all times.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Adhere to the AFW asset protection policies and identify and prevent fraud.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Abide by all company policies and procedures.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">All other duties assigned by the Customer Pick Up Manager as directed.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">All training provided by AFW.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Computer Skills</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Basic computer skills required.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Education and Experience</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">High school diploma or GED is preferred.;
