As a member of an ICA Team, partner with individuals receiving long-term care supports and services to understand and develop what is possible and desirable in their lives.  Work in a Social Services capacity assisting Participants with maintaining their autonomy and independence and monitoring for health and safety.\n\nThis is full-time (40 hours/week), benefit eligible, hybrid opportunity with hours between 8am-5pm with travel in and around Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas including Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, and Fond du Lac counties.",
