      "content": "\n<li>Wash all wares using the dishwashing machine or by hand.</li>\n<li>Clean the receiving and trash areas.</li>\n<li>Collect trash from kitchen areas, empty garbage barrels, wash and re-line with new bags.</li>\n<li>Sweep and mop kitchen floors.</li>\n<li>Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.</li>\n<li>Clean the dish machine after each meal period.</li>\n<li>Assist with food preparation, putting away deliveries, and cleaning coolers, freezers, and storage rooms as needed.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as appropriate.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Applicants must be at least 16 years old by their first day of employment.</li>\n<li>High school education preferred.</li>\n<li>Restaurant experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated quality verbal and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.</li>\n<li>Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, bend, and kneel for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. consistently.</li>\n<li>Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.</li>\n"
