    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><p><span style=\"color:black;\"><strong>Primary Responsibility:</strong></span><br><br><span style=\"color:black;\">Under general supervision, the Repacker will manually pack single products into multiple pack cartons for retail sale, repackage products from damaged containers into new cartons, check products for damage, and label and palletize cartons in preparation for shipping.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\"><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Manually pack single products into multiple pack cartons, efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate area, pick orders for shipment, assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped, and perform labeling, sorting, and wrapping.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Check or count product for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety, in compliance with OSHA Standards.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Participate in physical inventories, as needed.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\"><strong>What Experience and Education You Need:</strong>&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\"><strong>What Could Set You Apart:&nbsp;</strong></span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division,&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Ability to pay close attention to details, meet deadlines, and read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues and supervisors.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">• Experience using box cutters and automatic shrink film wrappers safely and efficiently.&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"color:black;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential functions for this position and meet the physical requirements needed to perform them, including but not limited ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, twist, push, pull, grip, reach, or lift hands and arms above the head.
