This position is located in our Chesapeake, VA office.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; line-height: 1.15;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\" id=\"isPasted\">Attend multiple meetings per week with MSC and military staff ashore and afloat to assist with separation of equipment and maintenance in SAMM based upon who is responsible for the maintenance (military or MSC)</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">Coordinate training in usage of SAMM and reassignment of maintenance to the appropriate billets and shipboard work-centers in SAMM</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">Coordinate adjustment of data visualizations to display military department related data separate from MSC related data</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">Provide support to the MTF Port Engineer and MTF Program Management staff and support monthly engineering status meetings</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">Take ownership of technical issues brought by our customer base, engaging other Emprise teams when needed to drive resolution</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">Conduct onboard Maintenance Effectiveness Reviews (MER), document work performed, and prepare a debrief for the customer</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">Serve as a consultant to the Shipboard Management Team, working closely with afloat and ashore team members in the life cycle management of the vessel</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">Other related duties&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; line-height: 1.15;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">5 years of Port Engineer experience or</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15;\">4 years of experience serving aboard commercial or public ocean-going ships of not less than 4,000 HP. Experience gained while serving in the military may be applicable towards meeting this requirement.
