This role includes supervisory support and encouragement to satellite staff, committee members, and volunteers while fostering a healthy, collaborative ministry environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The successful candidate will have a heart for youth, strong leadership abilities, and the vision to build meaningful ministry opportunities that meet the needs of youth within the local community. This role combines youth ministry, staff leadership, fundraising, volunteer development, administration, and community engagement.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As the primary representative and spokesperson of the satellite ministry, you will build relationships within the broader community and communicate the vision, mission, and impact of Youth Unlimited YFC to churches, supporters, service clubs, industry contacts, and community stakeholders.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">You Will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide leadership and oversight for all satellite ministry initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work directly with youth and participate in at least one specific ministry program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide supervisory support, encouragement, and accountability to satellite staff and volunteers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Recruit, screen, orient, and support ministry volunteers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Recruit, maintain, and nurture members of the Satellite Committee</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attend monthly satellite staff meetings, bi-monthly chapter-wide supervisors and staff meetings, and annual retreats/conferences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Liaise between SWOYFC leadership and satellite staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor staff schedules and encourage healthy ministry and personal balance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Seek to understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities facing youth within the community</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Advocate for youth through fundraising and ministry partner development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and nurture community support through churches, industry contacts, service clubs, and community presentations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide leadership in the planning and implementation of major satellite fundraising events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Build positive relationships with parents, schools, churches, and community stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Project a visible and positive image of Youth Unlimited YFC within the community</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Complete administrative responsibilities including reports, budgeting, policies, volunteer documentation, and ministry records</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop annual satellite budgets for Committee review and Board approval</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure volunteer and ministry records are properly maintained</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
