This role is responsible for performing precise wheel alignments, tire services, and minor suspension repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of alignment equipment, general automotive maintenance, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform accurate and efficient alignments using Hunter alignment systems</li><li>Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires</li><li>Repair tires and conduct minor suspension repairs</li><li>Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance</li><li>Operate all tools and equipment in a safe and professional manner</li><li>Ensure proper handling of customer vehicles at all times</li></ul><p><strong>Licenses and Certifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</strong></li><li><strong>Level 2 Hunter Alignment Certification</strong></li><li><strong>State Vehicle Inspector License</strong> (Preferred but not required)</li><li><strong>ASE Certifications</strong> (Preferred but not required)</li><li>Working knowledge of:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Basic automotive mechanics and maintenance</li><li>Basic computer systems</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong automotive aptitude and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to use alignment machines and other repair tools</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude</li><li>Willingness to participate in ongoing in-house training</li><li>Good driving record and professional reliability</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Previous experience in a professional automotive repair environment</li><li>Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally</li><li>Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and use of hand and power tools</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><em>We&#39;re more than just a service provider-we&#39;re a team driven by purpose, urgency, and care.
