Schedule Team Members.&nbsp;Institute promotional ideas and obtain the best pricing for the Company.&nbsp;Promote teamwork within the organization and department.&nbsp;Fill in for Bingo Agents and supervisors as needed.</span></p><p><span>Qualifications:</span></p><p><span>Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.&nbsp;Convey written and oral thoughts clearly and precisely. Be a good listener. Listen effectively.&nbsp;Present ideas effectively in formal and informal situations.&nbsp;Being proactive at keeping Team Members informed, and solicit and respond to internal and external feedback.&nbsp;Possess a clear understanding of the philosophy and mission of the Company and lead by example and role modeling team-oriented behavior.&nbsp;Take initiative, and maintain a constructive relationship with Team Members.&nbsp;Knowledge of regulation 6A requirements, and all gaming procedures relating to the Bingo Department.</span></p>",
