font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Direct line and people management of Site Supervisors, Engineers and Improvers. Following the People Manager guide to ensure that you build a high-performance team, create an accountable and values driven culture, and nurture the growth and development of team members. </span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead and supervise staff, ensuring works are delivered safely, to a high technical standard, and in full compliance with industry regulations and company procedures, while providing ongoing technical support and mentorship.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>C</span><span>onduct onsite supervision visits and perform post inspection reviews of work completed by engineers</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> <span>Deliver toolbox talks, technical updates and briefings to engage the team, drive continuous learning and strengthen a proactive safety culture.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span><span>Carry out electrical testing, inspection, installation and maintenance works as required</span><span> </span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span><span><span>Ensure safe working procedures in accordance with the current health and safety regulations and all other relevant regulations.</span> </span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span><span><span>Review and sign off certification completed by engineers and collaborate with QAs to ensure technical compliance of certification. </span> </span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span><span><span>Prepare quotations and variations and liaise with suppliers and order materials where required.</span> </span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span><span><span>Conduct regular reviews of incomplete jobs (‘WIPs’) to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.</span> </span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span><span><span>Participate in any escalation or incident investigation procedures as required </span> </span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span><span><span>Ensure personal CPD and CPD for direct reports (site supervisors/engineers/improvers) is kept up to date and recorded </span> </span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
