The Sensitive Activity and Effects support analyst will align themselves with the G3 and closely coordinate with peers on projects that combine capabilities.</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size: 12px; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Familiarize and advise MARSOC senior leaders on current SA, EW and cyber program of record equipment and capability development efforts.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist the C5ISRT Team with current SOF and general-purpose forces program of record equipment and capability development efforts within their areas of expertise.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist the G8 in developing, implementing, and resolving capability development efforts across the range of SA, EW and Cyber capabilities based on three critical factors: 1) unit skill levels, 2) equipment capabilities, and 3) identified SA, EW and Cyber requirements.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Continually assess the critical factors and using that assessment, provide the tailored assistance necessary to ensure successful capability development efforts in achieving MARSOC&rsquo;s mission.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Relate existing SA, EW &amp; cyber theories &amp; technologies to current &amp; emerging military problem sets including threats to information movement in the electromagnetic (EM) spectrum.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Evaluate and critique existing policies, procedures, and doctrine affecting SA, EW and cyber effects in support of military operations.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Clearly articulate alternatives to overcome identified SA, EW and cyber effects gaps and support the proposed solutions by identifying their impact throughout the spectrum of military operations.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Coordinate closely with the Targeting Support Analyst and the ISS Support Analyst to identify critical pathways and vulnerabilities between the three capability areas.</li></ul></div><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:.5in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;margin:0in;'><span style='font-size: 12px; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Provide support to technology scouting and test and evaluation activities.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Communicate with various program offices, program executive offices, product line managers, &amp; others, at USSOCOM, HQMC, &amp; other government agencies as required.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Attend conferences, integrated product team (IPT) meetings, program management reviews, capability development events, and unit contact meetings as required.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist with developing Raider Capability Integration and Development System (RCIDS) requests, MARSOC technology objectives, combat mission needs statements, urgent universal need statements, and requirements documents as required.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt;
