Working closely with the Director of Stewardship, this position ensures that the systems, communications, and activities that cultivate, steward, and recognize donors are executed with excellence. The Stewardship Associate assists with managing key operational aspects of fundraising, including donor data management, communications, research, event support, and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life</li><li>15-29 hours weekly</li><li>Assist draft and send timely acknowledgments and stewardship letters to donors.</li><li>Assist with donor recognition, including preparing impact reports, thank-you calls, and special updates.</li><li>Help coordinate small donor engagement opportunities and events.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely donor records in Salesforce, including data entry, gift processing, and reporting.</li><li>Generate regular reports for the Director of Stewardship.</li><li>Conduct prospect research to identify potential donors, sponsors, and funders.</li><li>Support grant tracking, reporting deadlines, and file management.</li><li>Provide logistical and administrative support for fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals.</li><li>Assist with sponsorship deliverables and recognition efforts.</li><li>Coordinate event materials, registration, donor follow-up, and post-event reporting.</li><li>Partner with the Director of Stewardship to implement fundraising strategies across individual, corporate, and foundation giving.</li><li>Serve as a professional and warm point of contact for donors, volunteers, and partners.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid Time off</li><li>Retirement plans</li></ul><p><br></p>",
