    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Detailed Description</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Sales Managers and Presales staff in Asia to collect sales data and complete data analysis and screening</li>\n<li>Assist the project manager to carry out statistical tracking of the project and upload to the CRM system</li>\n<li>Assist in collection of market information, customer information, project information, etc., and assist the bidding team to complete the preparation of bidding documents;</li>\n<li>Assist sales staff in quotation and contract signing, management, archiving and other processes</li>\n<li>Track contract execution and delivery progress, and assist sales staff to complete payment collection, customer relationship management, etc.;</li>\n<li>Coordinate after-sales service with suppliers according to customer's product requirements; assist purchasing manager in daily contact and negotiation with suppliers;</li>\n<li>Assist in the formulation of procurement plans and implementation of procurement, complete the production and confirmation of purchase orders, arrange delivery and track the arrival date;</li>\n<li>Respond to market changes and assist superiors to complete other tasks assigned by them;</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors</li>\n<li>Understand and deploy company culture and standard</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good client-facing and internal communication skills</li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Proactively maintain high quality service level in a professional manner</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, within the company and at all levels of clients</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, results oriented demeanour</li>\n<li>Be conscientious and responsible, be able to learn actively, and have a strong team spirit;</li>\n<li>Have good professional ethics and quality, able to withstand strong work pressure;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work experience requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fresh graduates are also welcome</span></li>\n<li>1 years or above of purchasing experience or sales experience in the audio and video industry is preferred;</li>\n<li>Familiar with office software and experience in operating supply chain systems;</li>\n<li>Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite is a must</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system and SAP skills are an advantage</li>\n<li>Putonghua and English proficiency, Cantonese is a plus, both written and spoken</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or degree or above<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Address: Jalan Puteri 4/7, Bandar Puteri Puchong , 47100 Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia</p>",
