The Prevention Specialist collaborates with community members in changing the norms and perceptions of substance use through education, coalition building, and media plan development.&nbsp;</p><p>At WMMHC, our prevention team works closely with community members and coalitions to provide educational opportunities for schools, alternative youth activities, media literacy, substance use training, and collaboration on events and projects. Additional training is provided on grant requirements and reporting.&nbsp;</p><p>This team approach provides a breadth of services throughout each county in the NW region of Montana, while also providing a cooperative and supportive environment for all team members. Our goal is always to provide the best possible behavioral health services to the community while creating a healthy, fulfilling, and enjoyable atmosphere for our staff.
