          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>CapTech is seeking an experienced&#xa0;SaaS&#xa0;platform&#xa0;engineer&#xa0;to play a senior, hands-on role in the engineering, administration, and evolution of our enterprise application ecosystem.&#xa0;</p><p>This is not a traditional “support-only” role. You will serve as a&#xa0;technical owner and subject matter expert&#xa0;for critical SaaS and cloud platforms, driving automation, security, scalability, and user experience improvements across the organization. You’ll partner closely with IT&#xa0;Operations,&#xa0;InfoSec, and Business teams to design solutions that scale&#xa0;and you’ll have the autonomy to influence tooling, architecture, and operational standards.&#xa0;</p><p>If you enjoy deep technical problem-solving, building elegant automation, and improving how modern enterprises actually work, this role offers meaningful scope and visibility.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a&#xa0;senior technical owner&#xa0;for a portfolio of SaaS and select on‑premises platforms supporting CapTech employees&#xa0;</li><li>Evaluate, pilot, and implement&#xa0;AI-enabled tools&#xa0;that improve productivity, support, and operational insight&#xa0;</li><li>Design, implement, and continuously improve application configurations, integrations, and access models&#xa0;</li><li>Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents,&#xa0;PowerShell, APIs, workflows) to streamline provisioning, access management, audits, and operational processes&#xa0;</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot)&#xa0;</li><li>Design and manage SSO integrations using&#xa0;SAML and OIDC, ensuring secure and consistent access patterns&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with Security and IT Leadership to enforce&#xa0;least‑privilege access, governance controls, and audit readiness&#xa0;</li><li>Influence change management practices aligned&#xa0;with ITIL, balancing&#xa0;agility and stability&#xa0;</li><li>Analyze trends, risks, and usage patterns across platforms to inform roadmap decisions&#xa0;</li><li>Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance, documentation, and best practices&#xa0;</li></ul>",
