Maintain focus on outcomes and business value, not just task completion.</li>\n   <li>Ensure project Manage project/program deliverables to ensure completion on schedule, within scope, and within budget.</li>\n   <li>Direct and coordinate work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.</li>\n   <li>Identify, communicate, and resolve cross-organizational issues that may impede project/program success.</li>\n   <li>Mentor and guide team members to support effective project/program execution</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Agile Delivery & Tools\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead projects within an Agile delivery environment supporting iterative planning and sprint execution.</li>\n   <li>Work closely with product owners, technical leads, and development teams to align backlog priorities.</li>\n   <li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.</li>\n   <li>Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage work items, track progress, and monitor delivery metrics.</li>\n   <li>Ensure backlog grooming, sprint planning, and task tracking are maintained in Azure DevOps.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Critical Thinking & Problem Solving\n  <ul>\n   <li>Analyze project challenges, dependencies, and constraints to determine the most effective path forward.</li>\n   <li>Anticipate risks early and develop mitigation strategies.</li>\n   <li>Challenge assumptions and ask questions that clarify objectives and improve outcomes.</li>\n   <li>Make sound, data-informed decisions when navigating ambiguity or competing priorities.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication\n  <ul>\n   <li>Serve as the central coordination point between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.</li>\n   <li>Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and transparency.</li>\n   <li>Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions clearly.</li>\n   <li>Facilitate productive discussions that drive consensus and forward momentum.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>15+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs in a large enterprise or federal government environment (at least 5 years in the agile world and 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery)</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and work tracking.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution.</li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n <li>PMP and CSM or Safe SM certifications</li>\n <li>Experience working with enterprise technology or digital delivery teams.</li>\n <li>Experience managing complex multi-team initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>** BRMi will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.**</strong></p>\n<p><strong>**This is a W2 opportunity only**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled </strong></p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and commitment at all levels.
