    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Hours: full-time (37.5 hours per week)</p><p>Location: Lynchburg, VA</p><p>Compensation is dependent on experience</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\"><em>$5000 Hiring Bonus for all School-Based Clinician LMHP/LMHP-E</em></strong>&nbsp;$5000 total, paid in three (3) installments; $2000 upon receipt of the following: background clearances, including fingerprint background check, acceptable drug screen results, satisfactory references; $1500 upon satisfactory completion of the six (6) month probationary period; $1500 upon completion of twelve (12) months of continuous employment, with an acceptable performance evaluation. This hiring bonus applies to new hires only. Individuals employed with Horizon for less than 1 year from the date the application is received are not eligible for the new hire bonus.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p><p>The School-Based Clinician, licensed or resident in counseling, will assess the needs of individuals referred to the program and use the information obtained to develop and implement appropriate treatment approaches and counseling support services.
