      "content": "\n<li>6+ years of relevant work experience in an operations-based environment</li>\n<li>2+ years of people leadership experience. Experience leading teams in technical, automotive, warehouse, or high-volume service environments.</li>\n<li>Leading Contingent Workforces: Proven experience supervising contractor or agency staff, including managing shift schedules and performance.</li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly master proprietary software tools and troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues.</li>\n<li>Problem Solving: Ability to act as an escalation point, making quick decisions to keep operations moving when technical or logistical blockers arise.</li>\n<li>Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to provide clear instructions to a team and concise updates to the Team Lead and Dispatchers.</li>\n<li>Team player who collaborates well cross-functionally. Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be honest, responsible, and an outstanding communicator.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets</li>\n<li>Possessing an “Extreme Ownership” and growth mindset.</li>\n<li>Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with zero points on your record.</li>\n<li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.</li>\n<li>Ability to work on-site at your assigned location for all scheduled shifts</li>\n"
