    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p><strong>Landscape Install Crew Member</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: Farmington Hills, MI</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform tasks like clearing and preparing job sites, grading terrain, digging trenches, and removing debris and other hazards.</li>\n <li>Construct hardscape features, which may include laying paver patios, building retaining walls, installing fences, and setting stone or concrete walkways.</li>\n <li>Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch.</li>\n <li>Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery such as skid steers, power saws, and jackhammers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>______________________________________________________________________________</p>\n<p><strong>Education, Experience and Skills Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communication with management or crew leader as it relates to the job site schedule</li>\n <li>Conduct work in a safe manner</li>\n <li>Landscape Hardscape field experience is preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in heavy equipment preferred</li>\n <li>Valid Drivers license preferred</li>\n <li>Willing to take on additional duties and/or miscellaneous tasks, as needed</li>\n <li>Punctuality and a strong work ethic are highly valued.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>_____________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>The ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>_____________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits/Perks</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
