This position supports the service department by maintaining the flow and organization of vehicles, assisting service advisors and technicians, and ensuring the dealership’s service area reflects a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival</li>\n <li>Safely move, park, and organize customer and dealership vehicles</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service drive, shop, and parking areas</li>\n <li>Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle staging and delivery</li>\n <li>Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tire pressure, etc.) as needed</li>\n <li>Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in clean and presentable condition</li>\n <li>Shuttle customers or pick up/drop off vehicles when required</li>\n <li>Support overall dealership operations with additional tasks as assign</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.  </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n <li>Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li>\n <li>Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay & Compensation</strong></p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fulltime, must have open availability</li>\n <li>17.00-20.00 per hour depengin on experince </li>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Time-Off</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Employee Vehicle Purchase Program</li>\n <li>Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
