    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;</div><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><h1><strong>Inventory Analyst</strong></h1><hr><h2><strong>Relationships</strong></h2><ul><li>Reports to the Planning Coordinator</li><li>No supervisory responsibility</li><li>Interacts &amp; communicates with personnel from material planning, production management, product management, logistics management, managerial accounting and team leaders</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Duties</strong></h2><ul><li>Maintain work order closure for all work in process production orders</li><li>Monitor SAP reporting to make appropriate adjustments to inventory</li><li>Support operations and logistics team in the disposition scrap from all work in process production orders</li><li>Manage &amp; react to Excess &amp; Obsolete reporting</li><li>Maintain Work Order closure &amp; inventory alignment for all planned work centers</li><li>Monitor &amp; correct all IDOC &amp; COGI errors</li><li>Maintain &amp; make inventory recommendations biannually from Overstock/Shelfwarmer Report</li><li>Balancing stock between SAP and LMS</li><li>Monitor &amp; drive resolution of SAP work order processing errors &amp; exception messages</li><li>End of Month, Auto Supply-Q Location and GRPP Inventory clean up</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Education</strong></h2><ul><li>HS Diploma or GED required</li><li>4-year degree in a related field is preferred</li><li>APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred</li><li>Equivalent training &amp; experience can be substituted</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Experience</strong></h2><ul><li>5 years&rsquo; experience of inventory planning in a medium sized industrial manufacturing company is preferred</li><li>Hands-on SAP ERP systems with SAP/APO experience preferred</li><li>Data management &amp; analytical analysis experience a plus</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Knowledge</strong></h2><ul><li>Planning techniques, BOM structures &amp; shop floor control</li><li>Inventory flow &amp; concepts in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Business processes &amp; production scheduling have on the organization</li><li>Working knowledge of Manufacturing Control systems, shop planning procedures &amp; physical plant layout &amp; constraints</li><li>SAP M/M &amp; P/P ERP modules</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Foundation Skills</strong></h2><ul><li>Effective oral &amp; written communication skills</li><li>Self-starter, able to work independently</li><li>Analyzing/reporting data to identify issues, trends or exceptions used to improve results</li><li>Managing data using appropriate analysis &amp; validation techniques</li><li>Ability to deal with constantly changing deadlines &amp; project parameters in a fast-paced, continuous process manufacturing operation</li><li>Ability to develop collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization</li><li>Taking a systematic approach to solving problems by analyzing all relevant facts/issues before determining the root cause</li><li>Detail-oriented &amp; well-organized</li><li>Proficient in MS office applications</li><li>Ability to access, retrieve, &amp; analyze data using MS Excel, Access or business objects as provided</li><li>Inspecting/evaluating the quality of work produced</li><li>Meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy &amp; attention to detail</li></ul></div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Company Overview</strong></p><p>For more than 60 years Blum has been manufacturing superior quality hinge systems, drawer runners, and lift systems that create motion and enhance user convenience in the kitchen.
