Role Purpose
Responsible for operations & implementation of Performance Management related interventions such as driving & executing Goal setting, Mid-year review, Annual performance review, development plans & other PMS operations activities.
Role Accountability
Support the implementation of performance management, processes, and tools. Support and maintain high potential career development program processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines/framework
Contribute to driving PMS-related activities
Maintain repository of PMS-related documents
Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes
Support in conducting Assessment Centers for senior management level promotions/development
Coordinate work closely with appropriate stakeholders to drive PMS
Support in managing employee concerns, clarifications and issues for PMS process & portal related support
Develop self, and work effectively with different teams and diverse population
Measures of Success
Drive PMS timely & effectively
Effectively support all PMS-related activities
Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
HR specialization
Process knowledge of HR processes & practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
