This leader ensures <b>compliance, operational excellence, workforce agility, and risk discipline</b> while building and leading a high‑performing team that supports a complex and fast‑growing business.</p><p>This role serves as the <b>regional authority</b> for extended workforce operations and is a key partner to <b>Strategic sourcing teams, HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and business leaders</b>.</p><div><p></p></div><h3>What You Will Do</h3><p><b>Regional Program &amp; People Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a regional Extended Workforce operations team.</li><li>Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, and accountability across the team.</li><li>Ensure consistent execution of global Extended workforce policies, processes, and controls.</li><li>Act as escalation point for complex workforce, compliance, or supplier issues.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>Extended Workforce Program Ownership</b></p><ul><li>Own end‑to‑end regional execution of the Extended workforce lifecycle, including Staff Augmentation, independent contractors, vendors, and service providers.</li><li>Balance <b>speed, cost, risk, and scalability</b> to support business outcomes while protecting Applied’s enterprise interests.</li><li>Ensure visibility, governance, and audit readiness across the program.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>Vendor &amp; Partner Management</b></p><ul><li>Lead regional relationships with <b>Managed Service Providers (MSPs)</b>, Vendor Management System (VMS) partners, and workforce suppliers.</li><li>Partner with Strategic Sourcing to support supplier governance, performance management, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Monitor SLAs, compliance trends, and service quality; drive corrective actions as needed.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>Systems, Data &amp; Operational Excellence</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the regional <b>SAP Fieldglass</b> subject matter expert.</li><li>Support and govern integrations across <b>Fieldglass, Workday, ServiceNow</b>, and related enterprise platforms.</li><li>Guide the team in identifying data, workflow, and integration issues; partner with HRIS and IT on resolution.</li><li>Support UAT, releases, reporting, and automation initiatives to improve program efficiency.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>Compliance, Risk &amp; Governance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure Extended workforce engagements comply with <b>labor laws, worker classification standards , internal policies, and contractual requirements</b>.</li><li>Lead regional risk mitigation efforts related to co‑employment, misclassification, tenure, and regulatory exposure.</li><li>Partner closely with Legal and HR on audits, reviews, and policy interpretation.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>Stakeholder Partnership &amp; Enablement</b></p><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders and hiring managers.</li><li>Guide teams in educating stakeholders on Extended workforce policies, tools, and expectations.</li><li>Oversee creation and maintenance of <b>process documentation, operational playbooks, and training materials</b>.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li><b>10&#43; years of professional experience</b>, including <b>5–7&#43; years</b> in Extended Workforce Management, HR Operations, Procurement, or Workforce Governance.</li><li><b>Demonstrated people management experience</b> with the ability to lead, mentor, and scale teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>contingent workforce models, vendor management, and labor regulations</b>.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with <b>SAP Fieldglass (VMS)</b>; <b>Workday</b> experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in <b>Excel</b> and workforce reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx).</li><li>Experience operating in a <b>large, global, matrixed organization</b> across regions and cultures.</li><li>Program and change management experience;
