Primary Care Physician – Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing Flexible Schedule | Southeast Colorado (Lamar → Trinidad) Lykos Medical as part of Brigade Health About the Role Lykos Medical as part of Brigade Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide supervisory and clinical oversight for Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) across rural Southeast Colorado . This role is ideal for physicians seeking schedule flexibility , autonomy , and the opportunity to support underserved senior communities .
