    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration.</p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>FP&amp;A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst</strong> to join our Finance team. This role supports financial planning, reporting, and business analysis activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will help drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and partnering with operational leaders to support business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collects and analyzes financial and cost data, estimates costs, and monitors changes through highly complex Excel worksheets.</li>\n <li>Determines standard costs and investigates variances.</li>\n <li>Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, prepares month end journal entries and reconciliations for cost and inventory.</li>\n <li>Ensures that all relevant product costs have been captured and are checked.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain regional management report and KPI&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Plays key role on the preparation of monthly and annual reporting.</li>\n <li>Monitor compliance with internal policies.</li>\n <li>Work proactively on being business partner to all functional areas.</li>\n <li>Assists with related special projects include ERP implementation (D365), as required.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In this role you will earn a competitive annual base salary based on your experience and qualifications.</li>\n <li>FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.</li>\n <li>17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).</li>\n <li>401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.</li>\n <li>Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.</li>\n <li>Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>​Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Business or Finance or equivalent, required.</li>\n <li>Two or more years’ accounting related experience and/or training; <strong>experience in manufacturing environment, strongly preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or public accounting experience highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems/ERP platforms (D365).</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze large data sets and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)</p>\n<p>MAPEIP2</p>",
