    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUMMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Atalco Gramercy LLC is seeking an experienced <strong>Turnaround Project Manager</strong> to lead the planning and execution of plant turnarounds, shutdowns, and major maintenance events. This role is critical to ensuring all turnaround activities are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while minimizing operational downtime and maximizing asset reliability The TPM has full accountability for project scope, cost, schedule, and contractor performance.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, plant operations experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBLITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Planning &amp; Scope Development</strong></p><p>· Develop comprehensive turnaround scope, including maintenance, inspection, and capital work.</p><p>· Lead worklist development, scope validation, and prioritization based on risk and criticality.</p><p>· Define project execution strategy, milestones, and deliverables.</p><p><strong>Scheduling &amp; Project Controls</strong></p><p>· Build and manage detailed turnaround schedules using SAP, Excel, or MS Project</p><p>· Identify, manage critical path activities, and resource constraints.</p><p>· Oversee cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.</p><p>· Track schedule adherence, cost performance, and progress metrics.</p><p><strong>Execution Leadership</strong></p><p>· Lead execution of turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages across multiple plant units.</p><p>· Direct cross-functional teams including maintenance, operations, engineering, and EHS</p><p>· Ensure efficient coordination of all work activities during execution phase.</p><p>· Resolve field issues and adjust plans to maintain schedule and cost targets.</p><p><strong>Contractor &amp; Vendor Management</strong></p><p>· Lead contractor selection, bidding, and contract negotiations.</p><p>· Manage contractor performance, productivity, and safety compliance.</p><p>· Oversee work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications.</p><p><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></p><p>· Champion safety leadership and enforce all MSHA and company safety standards.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and plant requirements.</p><p>· Participate in risk assessments (HAZOP, job safety analysis, etc.)</p><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><p>· Report on KPIs such as safety, cost variance, and schedule performance</p><p>· Conduct pre-turnaround readiness reviews and post-turnaround lessons learned.</p><p>· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize TAR efficiency and outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>8–15+ years of experience in plant maintenance, capital projects, or turnaround &nbsp;management</strong></li><li><strong>Proven experience managing large-scale turnarounds ($5M–$50M+)</strong></li><li><strong>Strong knowledge of industrial systems (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation)</strong></li><li><strong>Experience with:&nbsp;</strong>    <ul>      <li><strong>CMMS systems &nbsp;(SAP)</strong></li>      <li><strong>Scheduling tools (SAP, Excel, MS Project)</strong></li>    </ul></li><li><strong>PMP certification &nbsp;(preferred)</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Advanced project management and scheduling</strong></li><li><strong>Cost control, &nbsp;budgeting, and financial accountability</strong></li><li><strong>Leadership in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments</strong></li><li><strong>Contractor management and negotiation</strong></li><li><strong>Risk assessment and mitigation.</strong></li><li><strong>Strong &nbsp;communication and stakeholder management</strong></li><li><strong>Safety leadership &nbsp;and regulatory compliance</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PRE-EMPLOYMENT:</strong></p><ul><li>Must successfully complete Atalco Gramercy’s required drug screening and physical examination.</li><li>TWIC &nbsp;(Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required prior to offer acceptance; MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) training to be completed upon hire.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred</p><p>· Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or safety-critical environments</p><p>· Must be eligible to work in the US.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p><p>· Ability to read, analyze and interpret information. Ability to write reports and basics business correspondence.
