This position offers health/dental/vision insurance, company match IRA, paid time off, and so many more benefits.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Role: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Landscape Foreman</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Supervises and manages crew.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Is skilled with all tools and equipment required for the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Follow directions from Division Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Aware of goals and timelines of the project</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintains all tools and equipment on jobsite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintains a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Completes required paperwork and forms.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Roles</span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Supervises and manages crew. </span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Supervises all crew members during the performance of all assigned work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Trains and develops crew members in the best practices of installation in company standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Runs crew as a team, holds each crew member and themself accountable for their actions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Is skilled with all tools and equipment required for the project. </span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Can safely and properly operate equipment.
