OSHA, OIG, guidelines, other State and Federal laws). This also includes reporting to the Board of Directors, Compliance Officer, Manager, and suggestion box, any suspected unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful acts or practices.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications&nbsp;</strong>(Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)</p><ul><li>Must hold a diploma from an accredited School of Advanced Practice Nursing and have equivalent certification by American Nurses Association &nbsp;</li><li>Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio</li><li>Board eligible or certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner&nbsp;</li><li>Nursing experience in ambulatory care setting (3-5 years preferred)</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Facility Environment</strong>:</p><p>Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers operates in multiple locations in Columbus, OH. All facilities have a medical office environment with front-desk reception area, separate patient examination rooms, nursing stations, pharmacy stock room, business offices, hallways and private toilet facilities.
