We develop, manufacture, and commercialize a broad range of high-quality innovative and proven medicines in key international markets. With an operational footprint spanning over 90 countries across four continents, and manufacturing sites in eight countries, we offer more than 2,000 medicines across various therapeutic areas worldwide. Main duties: Participate in the deployment, enhancement, and effective operation of the Integrity & Compliance (I&C) Program in Egypt, ensuring alignment with global frameworks, regional priorities, and local regulatory requirements. Oversee the localization, communication, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current legal and regulatory standards. Serve as a reliable point of contact for compliant business practices. Manage periodic compliance monitoring and reporting activities, helping identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, and contribute to reports prepared for the Compliance Committee. Oversee the speak‑up process, including intake, preliminary assessment, and follow‑up of reported concerns to ensure proper documentation and action. Work closely with regional and global compliance teams to support ongoing program improvements and share best practices. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in law (preferred), Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Advanced degree or recognized compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, ETHICS, IFCA) strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compliance and/or Legal, including at least 4–5 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with demonstrable experience in managing compliance programs. Proven track record in leading compliance monitoring, conducting investigations, and driving remediation activities. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑assessment capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant digital tools. Fluency in English with strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to travel regionally and internationally for meetings, audits, and trainings. This is the opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, where decisions are taken fast and where you can actively participate in shaping our future.
