With an operational footprint spanning over 90 countries across four continents, and manufacturing sites in eight countries, we offer more than 2,000 medicines across various therapeutic areas worldwide.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the deployment, enhancement, and effective operation of the Integrity &amp; Compliance (I&amp;C) Program in Egypt, ensuring alignment with global frameworks, regional priorities, and local regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate compliance reviews and risk assessments, ensuring internal controls are properly designed, implemented, and consistently followed. Provide clear recommendations to management where improvements are needed.</li>\n<li>Provide guidance to business units and functional teams on compliance matters, including oversight of third‑party due diligence, review of HCP/HCO engagements, and support for data privacy requirements.</li>\n<li>Oversee the localization, communication, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current legal and regulatory standards. Serve as a reliable point of contact for compliant business practices.</li>\n<li>Manage periodic compliance monitoring and reporting activities, helping identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, and contribute to reports prepared for the Compliance Committee.</li>\n<li>Oversee the speak‑up process, including intake, preliminary assessment, and follow‑up of reported concerns to ensure proper documentation and action.</li>\n<li>Plan and deliver compliance training programs tailored to business needs, promoting awareness of ethical standards and strengthening the organization’s compliance culture.</li>\n<li>Work closely with regional and global compliance teams to support ongoing program improvements and share best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Profile:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in law (preferred), Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.</li>\n<li>Advanced degree or recognized compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, ETHICS, IFCA) strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compliance and/or Legal, including at least 4–5 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with demonstrable experience in managing compliance programs.</li>\n<li>Proven track record in leading compliance monitoring, conducting investigations, and driving remediation activities. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑assessment capabilities.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant digital tools. Fluency in English with strong communication and influencing skills.
