This position is responsible for analyzing product performance, identifying market trends, and supporting the development and enhancement of treasury solutions such as ACH, wires, RDC, Monex, Lockbox, Fraud detection. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet client needs and regulatory standards while driving operational efficiency and innovation.</p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain product plans, risk assessments, and issue logs.</li>\n <li>Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.</li>\n <li>Facilitate meetings and cross-functional communication between Treasury Operations and partner teams.</li>\n <li>Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.</li>\n <li>Drive initiatives to improve daily functions, including workflow optimization, process redesign, and system testing.</li>\n <li>Research market trends to inform Treasury strategies and product development.</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to Treasury terms and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain audit readiness by supporting documentation efforts and gathering data for audits and risk assessments.</li>\n <li>Understand and evaluate risks associated with Treasury Services.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with technology and operations teams to define product requirements and client needs.</li>\n <li>Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout planning for new features.</li>\n <li>Support product launches and post-launch innovation cycles.</li>\n <li>Assist with training and enablement for internal teams and clients.</li>\n <li>Aid associates and customers with inquiries and issue resolution.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong product management and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.</li>\n <li>Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail in order to maintain the highest level of accuracy.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of principles and processes for products and services.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.</li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Quarterly system testing conducted outside of business hours.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum Required: 5+ years in banking, treasury, or financial experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licenses & Credentials</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Systems & Technology</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.</li>\n <li>Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with SQL and data visualization platforms is a plus.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with treasury platforms (e.g.,Fiserv, Commercial Center, Finxact, Q2, Weiland, Deluxe) and other payment systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Stifel</h2>\n<p>Stifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
