These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>MANUFACTURING MATERIAL HANDLER - LEAD, HIRING IMMEDIATELY, Bridgeview IL</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Minimum 2-3 yrs prior forklift experience</strong></li>\n <li><strong> Logistics Warehouse leadership experience</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pay Range $26.71- $28.59 per hour - paid weekly </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Material Handler Lead - Multiple Shifts</strong></p>\n<p>This position will be cross functional to the Bridgeview location as thebusiness need dictates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift:</strong> Days 7AM - 7PM On a 2-2-3 schedule</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Material Handler Lead I</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary:</strong> Safely and effectively lead shift materials team to ensure product flow is effectively distributed throughout the plant and local Distribution Centers. </p>\n<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for directing the work assignments of a team of lift truck operators and carrier drivers</li>\n <li>Drives a culture of safe work practices</li>\n <li>Drive team oriented environment </li>\n <li>Execute standard work to ensure production materials are replenished to ensure continuous operations</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate daily priorities (daily meetings, one on one engagements, Tier Meetings, etc.)</li>\n <li>Coordinate/collaborate warehouse operations with all departments.</li>\n <li>Perform daily audits (Safety, warehouse, forklifts, line inventories, etc.)</li>\n <li>Provide supervisory support, as needed</li>\n <li>Provide forklift training for new hires and re-certifications as needed.</li>\n <li>Support the Inventory Team as needed.</li>\n <li>Supports the receipt of railcar/bulk truck material. </li>\n <li>Performs other tasks as directed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous logistics warehouse leadership experience required </li>\n <li>WMS software experience required</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills </li>\n <li>Must be detail oriented, strong organizational, math and problem solving skills </li>\n <li>Must be able pass the LTO training and testing</li>\n <li>Must have experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)</li>\n <li>Bilingual communication skills preferred</li>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
