At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Helper is responsible for completing basic tasks that require physical labor on large commercial mechanical and plumbing construction sites.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Specific responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>General construction clean up.</li>\n   <li>Assists in material distribution.</li>\n   <li>Assists mechanics installing HVAC and Plumbing.</li>\n   <li>Learns code requirements.</li>\n   <li>Maintains a safe and secures work environment and attend safety meetings.</li>\n   <li>Loads and unloads building materials to be used in construction.</li>\n   <li>Operates or tends equipment and machines used.</li>\n   <li>Follows construction plans and instructions.</li>\n  </ul><p>This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt, and reports to the Foreman.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n   <li>1-2 years of construction experience.</li>\n   <li>Ability to communicate on all levels.</li>\n   <li>Must have adequate/reliable transportation to the jobsite daily.</li>\n   <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n   <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n   <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n   <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n  </ul><p><strong>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Plumbing & mechanical experience.</li>\n  </ul><p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>50% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n  </ul><p><strong>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.</li>\n   <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n   <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.</li>\n   <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n   <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools.</li>\n   <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.</li>\n   <li>Noisy environment.</li>\n   <li>Light to heavy work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects from 20-100 pounds.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $16.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
