We pride ourselves for the strides we have made year in <br>and year out with our customers.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:<br></span><br>The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily sales and purchasing <br>operations by tracking incoming and outgoing materials, coordinating orders, <br>maintaining accurate records, and communicating with both customers and internal <br>teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, <br>enjoys organization and problem-solving and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br>• Receive and process purchased scrap materials <br>• Create and manage sales orders <br>• Track purchased and sold materials using Microsoft Excel <br>• Communicate order statuses with yard operations and outside sales <br>representatives <br>• Maintain and update the master shipment log for all incoming and outgoing <br>materials <br>• Complete IFTA reporting <br>• Manage Samsara reporting and tracking <br>• Log and organize invoices accurately <br>• Support daily office operations and administrative functions as needed <br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br>• Prior inside sales experience <br>• Previous office experience in a professional environment <br>• Strong organizational and time-management skills <br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting <br>• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy <br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel <br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills <br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment <br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<p><br>• Experience working with railroad materials or within the railroad industry <br>• Experience using Sage or similar accounting software </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<p><br>We value our employees and offer a competitive benefits package, including:</p>\n<p><br>• 401(k) with company match <br>• Health insurance <br>• Dental insurance <br>• Vision insurance <br>• Life insurance <br>• Disability insurance <br>• Paid time off</p>",
