    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Parra Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an Deployable Electrical Engineer to provide engineering support located in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Assist in engineering discipline activities for conducting system, subsystem and component level, reverse engineering, replications, and validation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide hands-on RF collection, characterization, and reverse engineering of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) equipment and components.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide hands-on technical forensic exploitation support for technical intelligence (TECHINT), media exploitation (MEDEX), cell phone exploitation (CELLEX), electronic exploitation (ELEX), and other unique exploitation missions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Write draft characterization reports and information tables based on requirements</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Qualifications Required:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.</span></li>\n<li><span>BA/BS in Electrical Engineering and 3 years of experience (OR) Associates degree and 6 years of experience (OR) High School and 8 years of experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in Schematic capture and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout. </span></li>\n<li><span>Electronic and/or RF experience with testing with related equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding of RF communications, with emphasis on characterization of electronic circuits. </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience using benchtop RF equipment including Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and other equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span>Perform standard RF measurements (e.g., occupied bandwidth, average power, pulse width) using the previously listed test equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience synthesizing and generating various types of RF waveforms using arbitrary waveform generators. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a\">Qualifications Desired:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience in reverse engineering electronic devices from start to finish.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in reverse engineering electronic components and circuit boards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with soldering and re-working (e.g. through-hole, surface mount, cable assemblies, wire harnesses).</span></li>\n<li><span>General RF or electronic domain design or test experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Basic MATLAB (and other basic programming / scripting) skills should be able to apply digital processing techniques to communication signals. Techniques include digital filtering, sample rate conversion, frequency/phase estimation, demodulation, carrier recovery, timing recovery, channel equalization, pulse shaping, and forward error correction.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working with embedded systems such as Arduino and writing programs leveraging the SPI bus to configure and analyze various chipsets</span></li>\n</ul>",
