This role requires attention to detail, a focus on safety, and excellent customer service skills. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Report to Burns Waste Dispatcher</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up containers from various construction sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure proper loading and securement of containers for safe transport.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring trucks are in good working condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Accurately complete and submit load tickets, route logs, and other required documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and clients to coordinate timely service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure proper placement of containers at job sites to avoid obstructions or damage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Handle minor maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressures, and report any issues to maintenance personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Keep trucks clean and well-maintained.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients at job sites.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">All candidates must be able to pass the following: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">DOT Drug Screen (fee paid by Burns) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Background Screening</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">MVR Screening</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Query</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">At Burns Dirt, we believe in a skills-first approach to recruitment and employment.
