We are seeking a dynamic Senior Surety Analyst to join our team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Includes but may not be limited to:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work as a senior part of a team to efficiently process and manage clients’ surety bond needs: review bid specs/contracts, facilitate information exchange between clients and underwriters, secure approvals, and issue bonds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain communication with clients, underwriters, and producers to provide top-tier customer service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Handle all administrative aspects of bond issuance, modifications, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, and database management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Review incoming bond applications for completeness and accuracy; enter data into processing systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Organize and maintain electronic bond documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Serve as liaison for updates and inquiries; coordinate with underwriters to address any issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Process endorsements and renewals; document changes accurately and inform relevant parties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Conduct quality checks to resolve discrepancies in documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Set and achieve work goals; ensure thorough and accurate task completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide high-level customer service; handle phone and inbox requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Support accounting with billing issue resolution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain expertise in surety terms and procedures; train and mentor junior analysts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Independently manage select client programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">College degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Industry experience required, with proficiency in processing various bond types.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and thorough follow-through.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Energetic, service-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle multiple responsibilities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Excellent organizational skills, file documentation, and collaborative approach.</span></li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn proprietary systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Join the Rosenberg &amp; Parker Team</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Rosenberg &amp; Parker is the largest independent surety-only broker in the world, specializing in providing bespoke surety solutions to large publicly and privately held companies. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary wages may be only part of the total compensation package.
