We are a company that is privately owned, employee focused, &amp; an innovative leader in the marine industry. <em>We are seeking an experienced and strategic Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a compelling background in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse supervision, with proven leadership skills to manage teams and optimize processes. This role involves inventory control, overseeing shipping &amp; receiving, &amp; process improvements to support the company&#39;s operational goals and customer satisfaction.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Manage warehouse staff, including supervising team members and providing training on safety protocols &amp; operational procedures.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Implement process improvements utilizing principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Coordinate with procurement, production planning, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand planning forecasts.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Utilize our ERP system (Epicor) for inventory control, warehousing, and operational reporting.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Manage warehouse safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety audits.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Oversee freight operations including UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL, &amp; full truck load. Actively work to optimize shipping &amp; receiving processes.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Ensure effective warehouse distribution strategies are in place to meet customer demands efficiently.</em></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Skills</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Experience in Warehouse Management and operations.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Basic computer skills with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, etc)</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and inventory control.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Proven supervisory experience, preferable in a warehouse environment, with leadership skills to motivate teams.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and continuous improvement practices.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Familiarity with ERP systems.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Ability to develop strategies aligned with production planning and inventory management.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Skilled in shipping &amp; receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Knowledge of equipment: including forklift operation certification is preferred.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Able to lift up to 70 LBS &amp; work comfortably in a warehouse environment.&nbsp;</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Strong analytical skills related to supply chain analytics and logistics optimization.
