The SLS Northeast Proposal Manager will directly support the Proposal Director and work with other proposal team members to develop compelling and concise winning proposals. </div><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Proposal Lifecycle Management</strong>: Lead and manage all phases of the proposal process, including strategy development, content creation, internal reviews, production, and final submission.</li><li><strong>Strategic Planning</strong>: Collaborate with pursuit teams to define win strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives and our capabilities.</li><li><strong>Content Development</strong>: Oversee the creation of compelling, customized proposal sections and presentations, incorporating win themes and client-focused messaging.</li><li><strong>Team Coordination</strong>: Coordinate efforts across various departments, including estimating, engineering, and operations, to integrate technical and commercial aspects into cohesive proposals.</li><li><strong>Client Engagement</strong>: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring that proposals address their specific needs.</li><li><strong>Compliance and Quality Assurance</strong>: Ensure all proposals comply with client specifications and company standards, maintaining a high level of quality throughout the process.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Identify opportunities to enhance proposal processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li><strong>Mentorship</strong>: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with proposal strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 6 years of AEC proposal experience</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
