The team explores emerging AI capabilities, validates ideas through hands-on experimentation, and supports partner development initiatives.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will build and maintain demos and prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The role calls for someone curious, self-motivated, and hands-on - someone who enjoys exploring the cutting edge of AI. In your daily work, you will work alongside a very experienced data engineer and you will report to a senior manager. Outside this setup, you will be encouraged to collaborate with other teams in the organization and to share knowledge. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business-oriented partners.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build and maintain AI-focused demos, prototypes, and pilot projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Design and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Integrate and process data from APIs, enterprise systems, document repositories, and heterogeneous data sources</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work on data modeling, transformation pipelines, orchestration, and retrieval</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to AI-oriented solutions involving LLMs, RAG techniques, and modern AI tooling</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop Python-based tooling, scripts, and supporting backend components when needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas and business requirements into practical technical solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Explore and adopt modern AI, data engineering, and orchestration technologies<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Must-haves<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong software engineering and problem-solving fundamentals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Еxperience in Data Engineering/AI Engineering, or related technical roles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Professional experience with Python</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience building or maintaining backend systems, data pipelines, or integrations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with APIs and heterogeneous data sources</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of data modeling and ETL/data processing workflows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG techniques, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, or NLP workflows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with workflow automation tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with Git/version control systems and collaborative engineering practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication skills in English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn new technologies and domains<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;
