          "text": "<p>As a Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including catalytic oxidation, wastewater clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO) and filter press separation.</p><p><strong>Key Characteristics</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Conduct maintenance and calibration activities</li><li>Consult with shift lead and site management</li><li>Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications</li><li>Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance</li></ul><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance</li><li>Conduct critical and preventative maintenance and calibration activities on equipment.</li><li>Take samples and support the Lab FSR in performing analytical testing such as: pH, COD, DO, Ammonia, ATP, TSS, 30-min settling tests, Phosphorus, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements.</li><li>Support the Lab FSR in reviewing lab data and make appropriate process changes based upon plant conditions and laboratory results.</li><li>Utilize forklift as needed for plant operations purposes</li><li>Monitor, adjust and maintain chemical injection systems</li><li>Support the maintenance team in maintaining inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.&#xa0;</li><li>Carry out mechanical, electrical and control troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.</li><li>Create and maintain site documentation, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.</li><li>Consult with shift lead and site management.</li><li>Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.</li><li>Meet customer access requirements to sites.</li><li>Other duties as required.</li><li>Data interpretation, record keeping reporting and critical decision-making skills.</li></ul>",
