In this pivotal leadership role, you will collaborate across all business operations to enhance quality measures, oversee accreditation requirements, and celebrate the outstanding work of our providers. We are looking for an energetic leader who thrives in detail-oriented environments and is eager to expand their management skills in a healthcare setting.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Strategic Leadership:</span></span><span> Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive organizational strategy focused on continuous quality improvement and performance enhancement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Subject Matter Expert:</span></span><span> Serve as a champion for quality measures, best practices, and patient satisfaction, working closely with leadership to drive improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Risk Management:</span></span><span> Lead and manage risk management efforts, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Interdepartmental Collaboration:</span></span><span> Foster collaboration among departments to control costs, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Accreditation Oversight:</span></span><span> Monitor changes from accreditation bodies and update policies accordingly. Serve as the primary contact for site visits, overseeing the completion of Plans of Correction (POC) and finalizing accreditation findings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Team Leadership:</span></span><span> Direct and mentor the Quality Improvement Staff, leading initiatives that promote a culture of excellence.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Education:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services, Public Administration, or a related field.  Equivalent experience in community health or FQHC setting in lieu of education will be highly considered.</span></li>\n<li><span>Preferred certifications: Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CPHQ) or Certified Black Belt (Lean, Six Sigma).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Job Requirements/Skills:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven experience in managing professional staff, and setting and maintaining clear performance standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Detailed knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including accreditation standards applicable to FQHCs and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated ability in developing and managing strategic plans and implementing organizational goals effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in assessments, accreditation reviews, or audits, with a strong understanding of performance standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient knowledge of medical practices and procedures within a primary care environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Highly competent utilizing tools and technologies commonly found in progressive healthcare settings, including EMR systems.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of population health management and preventive health screening standards. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">-This is a full-time, exempt salary position, Monday – Friday, no weekends or holidays</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">-Excellent benefits including Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, PTO and 11 paid holidays.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">-We are a drug free workplace, and an Equal Opportunity Employer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Candidates must provide salary requirements to be considered for a in person interview</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We Are:</span></em></p>\n<p>Neighborhood Health Association (NHA), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is the largest community health center system in Northwest Ohio with partnerships that include ProMedica, Mercy Health, and University of Toledo Medical Center.
