    "description": "<p>Sentry is looking for a strong hands-on leader to help lead field operations across a wide range of industrial, agricultural, and commercial service projects throughout the region.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are growing and need someone who can step in, lead crews, stay organized under pressure, communicate well with customers and employees, and help keep projects moving safely and efficiently.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The right person for this role is someone comfortable being in the field, solving problems in real time, multitasking across multiple projects, and stepping in wherever needed to help the team succeed.  Our work changes constantly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>One week may involve industrial shutdown work replacing motors, gearboxes, belts, augers, valves, and mechanical components inside operating facilities. The next could involve process piping, structural welding, equipment installation, grain handling systems, preventative maintenance, field repairs, platforms, handrails, or fast-paced service work.</p>\n<p>No two weeks look exactly the same.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Skills and experience that are beneficial in this role include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership experience in industrial, mechanical, agricultural, welding, maintenance, millwright, or construction environments</li>\n<li>Experience leading and coordinating field crews</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities</li>\n<li>Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability</li>\n<li>Blueprint and project specification reading</li>\n<li>Welding, fabrication, piping, or grain handling experience</li>\n<li>Experience with shutdowns, maintenance, repairs, or equipment installation</li>\n<li>Computer literacy including email, Excel, and daily reporting</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate professionally with customers, crews, and project managers</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain accountability while still being approachable and team-oriented</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The right person for this role is someone crews respect, customers trust, and employees enjoy working alongside.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing into a major leadership role inside one of Sentry’s fastest-moving field divisions.</p>\n<p>Most projects are within roughly 100 miles of Watertown, and employees are home most nights.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company vehicle provided</li>\n<li>Competitive pay</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Dental and vision insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Long-term leadership and growth opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>About Sentry</p>\n<p>Sentry is a self-performing construction firm and full-service design-build contractor serving industrial, commercial, agricultural, and infrastructure markets across the Midwest.
