          "text": "<p><strong>JOB POSITION SUMMARY</strong><br>\nThis position is responsible for the coordination of all pre- production (scope definition after kick-off release), planning stage, (activities with sequencing schedule), the production stage, (budget/actual and resource allocation) and the project installation (in coordination with the district/frontline service organization) of assigned orders for the Nuclear (Military Contracts) product line.</p><p><br>\n<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nOrganize/attend internal kick off meetings with staff, provide weekly updates on assigned projects at production meetings.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nDraft milestones delivery schedules to meet acknowledged delivery promise.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nManage the production processes, selection of vendors, release of approval drawings to customers, collaborate with engineering and purchasing to meet the project deliverable, and communicate the entire process to the frontline project team.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nResponsible to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all assigned projects using your communication, technical expertise, and organizational skills to achieve customer satisfaction and the financial goals of the modernization and electrics factory business units.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nEnsure assigned orders meet guidelines to validate and acknowledge the customer scope (internal &amp; external customers).<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nUse Microsoft Project to develop schedule timelines that are shared with the customer and used internally to manage resources.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nRelease purchasing request to ensure timely delivery. This includes all components and commissioning requirements.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nMaintain SAP Project and continuously monitor cost versus estimate on each assigned project to manage overall budget and delivery forecast.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nVisit manufacturing resources in-house and outside sub-contractors to ensure product delivery and quality including Factory Acceptance Testing requirements.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nMaintain continuous dialog with frontline service contacts updating them on all key milestones for all assigned projects.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nDevelop relationships with frontline project team by having knowledge of the project site requirements so the final deliverables meet our customer satisfaction requirements.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nMaintain project documents and communicate any out-of-scope request to the frontline for change order request to original acknowledged scope.</p><p>&#xa0;<br>\nVerify and communicate all project payment milestones to frontline project team to ensure financial advance working capital is in place.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nProvide detailed assigned projects progress report at weekly productions meetings Coordinate all shipping requirements (internal &amp;external) to meet our contract agreement.           "text": "<p>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES&#xa0;<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nBe able to process technical information and provide technical instructions to an acceptable level.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nAbility to read mechanical and electrical prints.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nMust show ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nVerbal and literary communication.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nAptitude to learn at fast pace.</p><p><br>\n<strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:</strong><br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nBachelor’s degree in business or mechanical / electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology is preferred and/or equivalent experience.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nPME or similar certification preferred.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nA minimum of five years of technical project management for electrical and mechanical design, procurement management and support of field installations.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><br>\n<strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nProficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nMust be willing and able to work off the ground at heights.<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nMust be able to travel up to 10%.</p>",
