Our aquatics team plays a big role in that experience, and we&rsquo;re looking to add lifeguards for our indoor pool.</p><p data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"662\">Whether you&rsquo;re searching for a summer job or something you can stick with year-round, we have opportunities that fit both. Our lifeguards are friendly, attentive, and committed to creating a safe, positive environment for everyone who uses our pools.</p><p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"1157\">As a lifeguard, you&rsquo;ll spend your time watching over swimmers, staying alert and rescue-ready, and stepping in when help is needed. You&rsquo;ll follow American Red Cross safety and emergency guidelines, enforce pool rules with care and professionalism, and provide first aid or rescues when necessary. You&rsquo;ll also help keep the pool running smoothly by checking water chemistry, inspecting the pool area before and after shifts, and making sure equipment is clean, organized, and in good condition.</p><p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1290\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a supportive team, the Shaw JCC could be a great place for you.</p><p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1290\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>E</strong><strong>ducation and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>American Red Cross CPR for the professional rescuer</li><li>American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or equivalent</li><li>Pass a preliminary CPR and lifeguard swimming skills test</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Looking to fill the hours of 5:45am - 3pm in any capacity. <br/>Shifts can be 4 or more hours. <br/>Shift differential for opening shift only.
